Spoke with Mrs. Choi Yun Seon, who was invited to come to ANC Mongolia Academy to teach/ANC MONGOLIA was recently established to prepare Global aviation industry staff/.

- Welcome to Mongolia. From the central ANC corporation, you have been appointed to teach at the Mongolian franchise. What are you going to be teaching in the class?

First, I would like to congratulate Mongolian youths for getting an opportunity to work in the world aviation industry. Past 35 years, ANC Corporation provided opportunities for many youths to reach their dream. The program prepares students by having conversations in English as if he or she is taking an interview at an aviation company. Also, teaches students, how to work in the field, walk, and do makeup. After completing class, we help students to get hired as cabin crew and ground staff.

- What is the demand in the aviation industry?

After COVID-19, the aviation industry is growing the same as the travel sector rose. ANC Corporation works with 43 global aviation companies, which means Mongolian youths' demand will be high. Soon you will be seeing Mongolian cabin crew and ground staff around the globe.

- Could you share your experience in working in the aviation industry after graduating from ANC Academy?

When I completed my ANC Academy courses, I had a chance to work at The Middle East aviation company as a cabin crew. Recently I transferred to Singapore Airlines. I love my major. I’m happy for Mongolian youths for taking the opportunity to work in this sector.
